Sup guys. I seem to be developing a wheel bearing issue. Seems that slight right hand turning is making a rumble on the front left. I am going to replace both front bearings.

Here is a realOEM image of the front for my car. What do you guys recommend I change while I am in there anyway? Do you guys replace the flange as well?
