Yeah my oil came out the VCG, my fiance's CCV locked her engine up on the other hand (same day). The funny thing is, mine already had a cold-climate kit on it...



Not reassuring at all that the new one won't help much more than a regular one. I'm sure it's my daily commute that's the problem, I live about 10-15 mins. away from work. Even though the gauge does get up to temperature it's not getting hot enough to burn out the condensation. The CCV failed when we were down in the low teens for a couple of days last week. As for the DISA, he said I was driving on borrowed time... this pin was hanging out of it (the pin that drops and bends valves) and the flapper didn't move at all.

I also threw the 12mm spacers on the rears today, but I'm gonna take em off because I was getting vibrations :-/ It's just the failing rear suspension pieces being felt more. Blah.
