ok, i will put it on the maintainer to see if that helps. I texted another tech today who see alot of german cars out of warranty and he said it could be the battery but it would generally throw a low voltage code on certain year models. Also he said that the straight six is known for there cam sensor issues, didn't know if this was true for the 4.4 .
The original tech who worked on in it was so sure it was a software issue but now feels its a fuel pressure regulator. This seems like an expensive way of diagnosing the problem. Thanks for all your help guys and I still am a current Audi owner and hoping not getting another Jeep was a bad idea.
