Interesting read indeed. Whether it's $90M or $40M or $10M it's hard to say if the compensation is justified or not. You need to look at the job they had to do and how many other people could and would do it for less money. Is managing a company through bankruptcy worth $40M? Is hitting and catching a baseball worth $40M a year?
