I just spent all morning reading about 3m vinyl and I think I will order a few samples and try it out, apparently 1080 Scotchprint vinyl is easy as hell to use. I will probably wrap the easier trim pieces myself like the 4 door pieces, and then take my center console piece to my tint shop and toss them a couple bucks so that piece looks professional. I've never been good with vinyl lol. And I'll have to either figure how to get the wood trim separated from the manual shifter or just get a new leather shift knob with no wood trim.

What is the OE piano black like? Does it have any metallic flake at all? I was going to order Gloss Black, Gloss Black Metallic, White Aluminum (looks like Titan Silver), and Sterling Silver samples to see if I wanted to do the black or if I could try a color that looks a lot like Titan Silver to match the door pulls/gauge rings.


The Di-Noc carbon fiber stuff looks nice, but I'm not into CF at all. The 1080 Scotchprint is only about 3-4 per square foot, looks like I can get 20 sq feet for around 50 bucks.
