Prior to the cv boot replacement the fronts were wearing evenly on both sides, after cv this stopped on the side cv boot was changed, either way Id better go get an alignment to check camber and toe AND
a side note weird story... i had 255/50 up front and 285/45 19 "rear like you, and the inner rears were getting worn ALOT, changed alloys to 17" and 235/65 (same as my spare) and the rear wear is greatly reduced......and alot softer ride too , good out here cos roads are pants and potholed big time
PS i could also rotate tires too but prefer to get it sorted
