Ok... So this whole bmw not carrying the inserts for the e53 really got to me. So I looked into it.. SWF is the producer of the wipers, and I believe we can order from them. Unfortunately I'm doing this on my iPhone. But if you google search SWF wipers you can find their catalogue.

Maybe someone knows better than I?
