Yea, Chip, I know what you mean about NJ. But if they really enforced the speed limit there, they would end up removing 3/4 of the congestion(10+ speeders lose license), having a buget surplus(tickets), having insurance rates go down(less bad drivers and accidents), having public transportation boom(see congestion), and get a chance to repair the roads. I lived there most of my life. What I love most out here is the lack of people. Similar to your Texas experience.
