It could be a splash, then nothing much to worry about, or it could be a coolant hose knocked off place... you don't need this kind of headache from a dealer - their technicians are supposed to be factory trained, blah blah, blah...
just make sure it is documented

I agree the dealership employees aren't as professional as they present themselves. I'm currently reviewing my dashcam video to see if it caught anything. Unfortunately, it's only on when the engine has been on so if they're working with the engine off, I see nothing.
I caught something interesting though. A tech parks my car inside presumably in queue waiting for a car on a lift to finish. This female worker then walks into the service area, starts rubbing the dirt off a glossy F10 5 Series diffuser to use as a mirror. Like... wtf?
