This is my third x5 and have a few questions and in need of some guidence. I'm going to spit this into3 postings for conveineince.

Note, I've owned the 03 X5 as well as the 06 x5 (both w/ the 4.4 engine) and really loved them both. Due to milage it was now for a change:

Recently picked up 2010 CPO 4.8 w/ 25,000 miles and love it except for a couple of items.

Item 1: Full brake job done within the last 2 weeks prior to my purchase of the 2010 4.8. I am noticing a lot of brake dust on the wheels which was normal on my 03 X5, but generally not evident w/my 06 x5.
Normal....(?) or is it the pads, or the way life is (get along with it)?

Anyone's comments or guidance are appreciated? End of post 1.
