Greetings Forum,
I just received my 2003 X5 4.6is from it's second round of repairs in as many months last week with the aux fan assembly being one of the repairs done. I have driven the car less than 100 miles since picking it up and on the way home yesterday noticed steam coming from the engine. Luckily I was less than a mile away and when I popped the hood, I noticed that what appears to be the upper radiator hose had come detached from the radiator housing. Is it a coincidence that this occured or would this hose have been removed as part of the auxilary fan assembly repair and then improperly reinstalled. Any quick responses are appreciated as I am ready to have the car towed in and would like to be able to speak as intelligently as possible as to what's going on. (This forum is making me a smarter X5 owner...fer sure!!

)
Thanks in advance for the responses!!
