Asked to have it done, no problem, no discussion. I did kind of mention that I'd been reviewing the manual and was catching up on all my open maintenance requirements, but I don't get the impression that my dealership was unfamiliar with doing that work. So, in light of what "they say", I guess you can take my experience for whatever you think it's worth.

They're being sarcastic. The price you pay at the dealer isn't bad at all considering the fluid is pretty pricey.
