Those are the door clips that hold the door pannel to the door frame.
The button that I'm looking for is actually different. It holds a long black trim piece to the door frame that is not part of the door pannel.
The long black trim piece works almost like a gasket or an anti-rattle piece so that the door pannel doesn't hit metal on the outer edge.
