Two complaints: it is a lot louder than i expected, and the coffee pods aren't sold in many places...kind of a pain in the a$$ to have to go to bed bath and beyond for coffee.

I have the tassimo and it's fairly decent. It's quick and convenient. It is a PITA having to go to bed bath just to buy the coffee pods. Sometimes I have to go to 3 different bed bath's just to find it (since some places are sold out all the time
). I wish they had more coffee choices other than Gevalia. The cappucino is OK i guess. Hot chocolate doesn't taste good.
