Several websites are reporting that the X5d will be delayed from the introduction of the new X5 in mid 2013. I have seen reports of late 2013 and early 2014 for the diesel. That could be due to limits in production ramp-up, or US certification of the new diesel engine.
They are also reporting that the X5 will be available with four cylinder engines (gas and diesel) as well as the larger engines, but no mention of which markets that will apply to.
