4.8isX5 is on a distinguished road
Arrow Need CCV help, parts and diagnosis.

So i have the 06 4.8is, i did alot of searching on google and stuff but i cant find a straight shot answer or any diy pics.

Problem is im burning oil for a while now, overconsumption, and from the research ive done it leads my to somethings wrong with the ccv's.

My symptoms are basically as follows: once car is warmed up to temp oil starts warming up, idle at a longer stoplight or leave the car running and go into the gas station to grab something, once i pull away and i hit around 2k rpm i release a big puff of blueish/grayish smoke, and next symptom as i said before i need to add oil more then i should.

So this leads me to, should i bother trying any cleaning? And what parts exactly do i need to replace, from my research ive found the ccvs are located under the covers on both sides of the engine in the 4.8 correct?

Ive kind of neglected this issue for a month or so, but i need to fix it now and stop procrastinating, plus it makes the car look like a 60s beater pulling away from a light like that during the day.

Thanks
