Bavauto has OEM, AutohauzAG has Meyle , would also suggest looking what Partsgeek carries.

I recently rebuilt the entire front end of my 2002 X5. If you have the proper tools it is not that hard. You will need an alignment so if you think there are other suspension components that need to be replaced it is best to do it all at the same time so you don't have to do alignment more than once.
