Did you scroll down to see if your model is listed? There are two types of systems, the older I bus set up and the newer MOST bus system used in BMWs that have iDrive.

BTW, help us help you better by including your model, model year, build date so that we can answer your questions based on the equipment we know is installed based on when it was built between the production years from 1999-2006.

The fact that you have a southeast disc installed & you live in the northeast...pretty much gives away the problem. And if memory is correct, the nav CDs are divided into quadrants & the old DVDs are one disc, with the updated DVDs being divided into two discs. It sounds like you have a nav CD installed.
