Note down at the very bottom it says 2013 NAVTEQ (DE) GmbH...this is a Euro website...and if you were to enter your address up in the box where it says "search"... it won't give you any details for your address.

BMW NA maps are sold by TomTom (see my post & link above)....and the highlights in the screen capture of the BMW NA web page for navigation updates.

Looks like Europe's maps are provided by NAVTEQ & North America's maps are provided by TomTom.
