Don't have your year's manual in front of me, but I would rec'd going with what the door jamb sticker says, normal load vs full load, unless you are running a car service or hauling gold bars.

Doesn't matter how the tires 'look'; if you use an accurate gauge on stone cold tires, the proper pressure is just that. And, some RFTs will have a slightly 'stiffer' sidewall vs non RFTs, and eyeballing a tire bulge is not the method.
