I'm having a friend grab some dentist picks from work...

Note: I've never opened a set of headlights so this is all foreign to me...

I'm planning to do one set....bake, cut - and maybe bake cut again and hopefully this frees it in a clean shot.

Based on other diy, with the soft stuff, all you do is literrally bake and *pop* the cover right off.

I presume/expect that due to the permaseal....I will have to do post cleaning to get the channel nice and clean for the new sealant when it get reassembled.
