I understand your frustration. Recently I had to work on an electrical problem that should have taken a few minutes. Two days later and several breaks because I was about to explode I found the problem.

I suggest starting with the newest vehicle. Does it have nav? Do you have the instructions from telephone manual? Try to pair both phones. If you can't, either have your service advisor do so and write it down. If they did it before they can do it again. If that can't or doesn't happen for some reason, can you copy and post instructions from your M5 telephone manual so we can put them into plain english?

Then we will move on to the two 2006's.
