They didnt remove tires from wheels, just rotated the rubber on the rim to reduce wheel assembly ovality
The machine puts weight on the wheel to sense where the tire is out of round,
my tires are 80% but the kaltire that the previous owner got new rubber put on last year doesnt have a road-force machine, and they put 26psi in the tires which made the light come on for low air in tires
All the tech had to do was remove old weights -> check on machine -> unseat bead -> rotate rubber on rim -> reseat fill to proper psi and check again, once rubber is set at right place than u can add the wheel weights
