It does not pull to one side when braking so I am guessing the pads on that side were dragging. I clean and lube the carrier where the pad ends touch. When I coast the car in neutral it doesn't seem to slow down by itself either. However I did that after the pad change so they might have been some dragging due to the dirty guide bolts. One of the caps fell off the boot and the lower guide bolt got pretty dirty as I has a cv boot on that side split sending grease everywhere. Hoping cleaning the guide bolt and changing the boots solved my uneven pad wear issue. We'll see. You can see I'm having some issues lol. To top it off the rotors I ordered came in as the bigger 4.6 so I had to keep the old ones for a bit longer. Not all the bad though. New pads and no squeaking brakes. It is my third pad change with these rotors as well. I usually change them out every third pad change because I hate the squeal. I paint brush the back of the pads really well with moly anti seize and that helps greatly. But if I do have a caliper problem and I already have the rotors you can see why I'm asking if they will fit. Really not that much more money and bigger brakes. Why not right?
