in some places to reduce the traffic jams, they allow the odd numbered plates on certain roads on certain days, and even on the other days... some rich folks would make sure they had two cars with both type numbers...

a car with a plate MONDAY sure can't be driven on Wednesday!!! and since we are on the spending spree, for a sunday might as well buy a Ferrari, and for saturday - a lambo... hahaha and have the minions clean and wax and polish the cars!!!!
