The link from TerminatorX5 does should like your video.As mentioned, noises don't always come from where you hear them. If you have a throttle body issue I would expect the noise to be louder with the hood open.

Some time ago I had a grinding noise when I turned the steering wheel lock to lock. I couldn't be sure where it was coming from. I was at my BMW dealer getting an alignment and asked them to diagnose the problem. They said I needed a new power steering rack. I paid for the input and went on my way. I went to local Indy shop for second opinion. They said it was a strut tower bearing. I had changed the struts not that long ago so I was still uncomfortable. A few days later I was cleaning my wheels and saw a shinny spot on the bottom edge of the wheel well. I did a little shade tree engineering and no more noise. Lesson--do all you can to be sure what is wrong before you throw parts at it. If they have a diagnosis ask then how they know that is what is wrong or it it could be anything else.
