Yes to all three of your questions. MAF is at the top of the list. I have never been successful cleaning the MAF, and I have tried each of the 4 times I ended up replacing it. Test of MAF is to disconnect it at idle and see if it goes away. If you need a MAF, google is as I recently got an email, can't remember source, that had Bosch on sale at $150. If it is throttle body associated you will likely hear a clicking noise. If not throwing ECU codes coil packs should be good.
