I had the same issue on my 745 when it had 2300 miles on it. Base on what I can see in the picts it looks like its leaking from the bolt.
It can be a washer issue or the bolt was forged incorrectly. This should be an easy fix.
On mine I waited for 30 min at the dealer and since then its OK.
