Australia BMW High Map v19.1 2013 Version - Whereis Unbranded Version

I have loaded it and it works with no issues.
Hi I have downloaded it and burnt it to a CD but when I put the CD in the car it keeps spitting the CD back out and puts a message up on the screen that says Incorrect CD/DVD in Navigation computer,Please insert appropriate CD/DVD.
I must admit I am not very computer literate so does anybody have any ideas where I may be going wrong ?
