Great minds think alike! and just like you I had my E39 before I got the X5

Im still skeptical to spend on the Hualingan/Dynavin. Some have shared good experience like you but also read horror stories. So for now I have settled for the DICE Mediabridge which gives me BT, ipod and steering wheel controls. Its glitchy but only for the first 5 seconds on powerup
