btw, you can't make a driving course mandatory or even mention anything like that... porsche got sued and lost because they put it in of of their turbo manuals a while back. the story goes on something like the owner's wife took the car out to lunch with a girlfriend of hers. gets into a wreck that is her fault and the passenger is killed. so porsche gets sued for stating that "driver training" was neccessary to operate the car... since then, no car manufacturer even states anything remotely close to skill requirements in any of their publications....
