I've had a few bites, but mofos in NYC want vehicles for free. They do no research on vehicles specifications such as what was factory options vs. modifications. All they seem to do is visit KBB or Edmunds, input vehicles information and get a fair private party paying price. And all this is after you've told them that you are listing it as a fair market value price not adding any modifications you've done. No matter what you tell them about the modifications and show receipts totaling dam near $4k (in my case) they don't believe it and say how much they could've gotten that done for if it was them, so at that point I tell them to kick rocks. Had this one dude from Queens offer me $7,500. I told him the lowest he can drive it home for is $8,000. He told me "let me make some calls and borrow $500"... This was about a month ago!
I bought a 2010 Accord for my wife and now with her off my back about only having one vehicle, I can say that I am leaning towards keeping it (that's if I don't get the urge to upgrade to an E70 or an //M).
Good luck with your sale!
