Initial observation of new/changes:
1. Front air temp controls no longer in iDrive - just like in 3 and 5 series
2. Auto stop/start
3. Blind spot detection system
4. 8 memory presets
5. Left/Right front temp sync button ?
6. Door lock/unlock button near door's handle - moved away from center dash
7. Huge bulging door pockets (or is this just visual effect?)
8. What is that button next to dash dimmer control (2nd picture in Alexey's post, seen through the steering wheel at 7 o'clock position ?
9. iDrive knob has surface control...
10. Clearly glove compartment has changed to match that in 3 and 5-series;
11. There is some sort of camera right between kidney grills.. I wonder if it hooked up somehow to the R2D2
12. In-mirror integrated turn indicators
Opinions:
1. Leather stitching looks like Ford's;
2. The tail lights... Out of proportion, with red inner lines too thick... Car looks like been photo shopped
3. Rear bumper... I understand they tried to match the cut in the front (the side intake), but instead it looks like the car was rear-ended..
