Are you referring to the SF bushing's on the rear? I am actually kicking around the idea of making my own press for those too... Found a writeup that someone did for the 5 series and how they used a piece of threaded rod, 1" bar stock, washers and nuts to get it done

I am also going to change out the ball joints on the rear as I am sure they are worn out and it shouldn't be that bad of a job.
