Throttle adaptation procedure was the cure for me. I could hear a click sound when doing the adaptation, but it may have been a bit longer than 30 seconds. The slam would reoccur 4 to 6 months later, then I'd just do the adaptation and all would be good for another 4 to 6.
At ~60k, I changed transmission fluid (Lifeguard 6 for my machine) and it really made a difference in the shifting during acceleration, much crisper. However, I'd still get the low gear slam. The only thing that worked for me was to do throttle adaptation. I never had the dealer attempt to service as I'm sure I would have gotten the "can't replicate" response (great at taking quarters from my change holder during service, but lousy at actually fixing things).

Thanks man i will give another try tonight with more than 30sec...hope it will works...i will re- post the output of it...as for the tran fluid, mine is original...life time debate on do or not do...and now, not sure what to do ?
