I have the same.. I have had issues for 1.5 years+ except mine is getting a lot worse now, rougher both idling, driving in Neutral and gear and certainly worse at operating temperature.
Replaced every sensor (air charge temp, water temp, MAP and MAF). Cleaned EGR, inlet manifold, etc, etc and still a problem..
No one seems to know what the problem is or can diagnose it. Injectors, Fuel Pumps, Rail pressure all tested perfect.
