Exactly! But check for leaks around that o-ring, since over-tightening can flatten the o-ring and cause leaks. Had that problem on my last 2 filter changes.

okee thanks, I guess under tightening will have the same effect, will just tighten by hand but not too tight and check for leaks , if i see a leak will tighten a tad more and monitor
