Just wanted to introduce myself as I recently bought an X5. Long time BMW fan as I also own a 98 540i and a 89 325ix. I am the 3rd owner of the X5 and it only had 69,285 miles when I bought it a little over a month ago and now I'm at 71k and counting. My other 2 cars I've been fortunate enough to be the second owner of each car. In a way I'm kinda the second owner as the previous owner(my cousin) hardly used it. In the 2 years he owned it he only put 3,000 miles on it. And the first owner is a mutual friend of ours. I hope to be able to pick everyone's brains when a need arises and to generally browse through just to see what other people's experiences are with these great rides. And to hopefully put in my 2 cents worth. As soon as I get back from this roadtrip I'm on I'm hoping to be able to post a few pics of the X5. See ya.
