I know/knew someone who had one from 3M, not some Interet store. He mounted it on a camera flash mount so it was portable from car to car. It sure doesn't work in every intersection, but I swear it works in some, especially when travelling uphill towards a stoplight. I can be 50 yards away, no other cars in sight at a particular intersection near work and it'll change when I flash the high beam lights. I need to test that theory out to be certain.
