I've purchased my X5 used and it killed me that I could not find this information easily.

I hope this will help many of you who are looking for this information.

There are three locations where fuses may be found in the X5.
1. under the glove box and closer to passenger door (look for green screw and don't expect this to be easily accessed)
2. in the trunk, on passenger side and behind quieting material (remove the access panel first)
3. in the engine bay under the rain gutter/tray, under fresh air intake filter, and inside the ecm box

Fuse Panel on Right is located under the glove box. Fuse Panel on left is located in the trunk
