^^ You don't have a CIC, you have a CCC, and it seems to work perfectly fine based on the pictures that you posted at the beginning of the thread. If you are getting SOS failure, its because your TCU is fried.

Go to car-part.com. Search for Computer box, non engine, then communications. You can find a TCU for $100. Then you will need someone to program it. There are no FSC codes or anything like that for the TCU, its straight programming for the VIN and chassis model etc.



Problem solved, some of you guys make a big deal when some of these issues are so easy to fix with readily available parts.
