12mm/20mm will give you the proper look. You don't need the P/N. Just call/contact one the companies that sell them; they will have the information. I ordered mine from EAS (..and had everything installed in one visit), but you can get them from ANY of the vendors (..EAS, MRF, TMS, etc.). I didn't adjust my camber or perform an alignment. I'll let the H&R suspension settle over the next few weeks and have an alignment performed after I put on my custom MORR wheels. I wouldn't worry about an alignment if you're not lowering your X5.
