the clips are either white or black plastic, the front glass has two holes, plastic clips go through those holes, when broken, they look like they are NOT broken... but, nevertheless, they are broken... the parts are about $2-3 from a dealer - last time i got myself a dozen, so next time sh!t happens, i have them in the jar on the shelf...

i forgot the part number, but they are all over this forum and on the realoem... Do not play with window until you fix the clips..
