My best guess is that someone replaced the mid in your truck because there were pixels out and they replaced it with a mid that didn't have the DSP button. I would pull the options list, but that looks like a DSP amp

As far as the BT, I believe you had to have a phone that plugged into the center armrest or something along those lines, there is a ton of info about it on the forums, I don't remember the breakdown but its in 04. You can get a new TCU and get the BT working I believe. I have installed a ton of aftermarket BT Kits and they never work like the OE stuff IMO. If it were me I would send back the mediabridge and get the silverline, look at getting the OE BT.
