I am part of law enforcement myself, but I personally scared of the cops more than i am scared of the crooks - how many other instances in your life where you HAVE to obey orders of a total stranger who is armed, and if you give him a lip, he will arrest you just for that...
So true, just got shivers.
My uncle here (RUS) is also part of government and he was lawyer as well and he is the one who told me about not having to raise the windows up... recentley russia made a law no tint at all on front windows.
