Scandinavia is one place I would love to visit in my lifetime, I'm sure it is such a pretty a peaceful area.
Love your 04' 3.0d too! We are so jealous in the states that the E53 came diesel in Europe, if we had the 3.0d here I would for sure have one for myself!
25mm is fine for a height drop, its a sporty drop and you will be a touch below stock height of 4.8is, the cars pnoyako85 references above are probably 2 inches lower than stock height (so 3" lower than where you are now), so go for it!
