just bought two bags of charcoal - i am sure one bag is plenty but just in case got 2... got some tomatoes on vine for grilling, some russett potatoes for baking - i stick the tomatoes on "shampur" and throw them over the coals... and at the end, bury the potatoes in coals, for baking... on wednesday or thursday i will marinade some chicken and some pork... i just hope the weather will hold up...

anybody is bringing any greens, salads?
