IT'S FIXED 
I traced the wiring back to the silver radio tranciever unit near the CD Changer. I removed the unit and inserted a fuse into fuse holder 72 and it didnt pop. I decided to give it a shot and plug the unit back in and it works now. I have full stereo functionality back!
