Dear god that's expensive.

Might I suggest getting some Zapco DC reference amps (even used ones off DIYMA or, shudder, ebay) instead?

Also, ditch the rear soundstage, with the exception of our 'subs' in the hatch. I don't know about you, but I listen to music facing the stage. Rear fill, while doable w/the DSP and time alignment in the Zapco's or the Helix, is a royal pain in my experience (getting it just right is tougher than just taking a tape measure out...).

Also, please tell me you aren't using the stock speakers. They aren't that good. One of my front door speakers pretty much fell apart in my hands when I put in my new front speakers (Hybrid Audio Technologies Imagine Series - 6.5 inch). It's a budget line from HAT, but they are fine speakers. My bitch with my system has nothing to do with the front speakers anymore. I have other *issues* I'm fighting...

Does that monster Pioneer head unit fit in our dash? I thought the hvac is somewhat in the way for larger units like that one? I might be confusing things though...

Good luck and keep us posted on what you finally decide to do.
