Has anyone already purchased this AE upgrade from eBay for the non xenon headlights? If someone wants to make some DIY

Also I have HID for the H7 from the brand PILOT with 6000k but somehow the light is not strong enough for me when I drive at night on a highway I don't see much more as halogene bulbs does someone have better experience ? The light also shines everywhere because of the halogene headlights have different projectors
